TECHNOLOGY
In traditional heat pumps, the enthalpy of sub-cooling is minimal and occurs in the condenser, without contributing to efficiency.
TEON’s patented Water Blaze® technology extends the subcooling phase by decoupling it into:
- an isobaric transformation, which takes place in a dedicated recuperator;
- an isothermal transformation, which takes place in a lamination valve.
This sequence allows useful thermal energy to be recovered.
The result is a more efficient heat pump, particularly at high temperatures.
DIGITAL MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
The digital monitoring and management platform enables continuous control of heat pumps and key operating parameters, providing a comprehensive view of the energy system’s performance.
Real-time data collection and analysis allow for monitoring system status, reviewing performance history, and taking prompt action in the event of anomalies, thereby reducing downtime and improving reliability.
Accessible via a web interface from any device, the platform allows for the viewing of performance indicators, notifications, and alarms, thereby supporting operational optimization and maintenance.
Anomaly detection capabilities identify irregularities and signs of degradation, facilitating preventive interventions, reducing breakdowns and maintenance costs, and extending equipment service life.
Integration with Building Management and Smart Building systems enhances energy efficiency and comfort, while historical data analysis allows for the optimization of energy consumption and operating costs.
Key benefits:
- Continuous monitoring and remote control.
- Anomaly detection and preventive maintenance.
- Reduced system downtime and operating costs.
- Energy optimization and performance analysis.
- Smart Building integration and support for energy flexibility.
- Enhanced system sustainability and reliability.
